The Medical Education Community of Practice aims to showcase the groundbreaking work of medical educators in ID. Through the Featured Educator webpage, we highlight innovative education practices among our members, encourage collaboration among educators and inspire those pursuing medical education careers. By doing so, we exchange ideas, share best practices, and build partnerships across institutions.

IDSA Medical Education Community of Practice Mentoring Working Group members will review nominations. If selected, nominees will receive a copy of their nomination. Selected nominees will be featured in a monthly rotating post on the Featured Educator webpage and via IDSA’s social media channels.

This recognition may only be awarded to an individual once. Nominees may include advanced practice providers (APPs), Med/Peds infectious diseases physicians, pediatric infectious diseases physicians, pharmacists, and fellows.
