This form allows you to request the use of your Affiliate benefit, which involves IDSA distributing email messages provided by affiliates to IDSA members in the affiliate's state or region. This can be done on behalf of an affiliate up to three times per year. Additionally, you can request the promotion of your event on the IDSA calendar.
Information for affiliated-provided email and calendar requests
- Adding your event to our event calendar can happen relatively quickly
- Items for email distribution can take a little bit of time to be added to our content calendar, so please be sure to provide your information as soon as possible to ensure we can get it out for you timely
If your email is not about an affiliate event, please contact IDSA staff for guidance about what email content to provide.
IDSA must approve the content of affiliate-provided emails and reserves the right to edit email content to adhere to IDSA style guidelines and policies. IDSA will add the disclaimer language below to all emails distributed on behalf of affiliates.
